Roasted Garlic Cloves with Fresh Thyme and Sea Salt
Makes 35-45 cloves
These roasted garlic cloves are delicious served alongside grilled chicken or spread on crusty bread.
Ingredients
35-45 garlic cloves peeled
6-7 sprigs fresh thyme
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Add the garlic cloves to a baking dish. Top with the thyme and drizzle the olive oil over the top. Sprinkle with sea salt, place in the oven, and cook for 50 minutes.
Remove the garlic from the oven and discard the thyme. Transfer the garlic and the olive oil to a small serving dish and use. If not using right away, store in a small jar in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
